MidPen Housing’s mission is to provide safe, affordable housing of high quality to those in need, to ​establish ​stability and opportunity in the lives of our residents, and to foster diverse communities that allow people from all ethnic, ​social, and economic backgrounds to live in dignity, harmony, and mutual respect.

The 295 South Mathilda Avenue community is being developed by MidPen Housing in partnership with the City of Sunnyvale. MidPen Housing is a nonprofit affordable housing development company, property owner, and resident services provider.   ​Our goal is to develop high quality, transit-accessible housing to serve the City of Sunnyvale.
